Set FragmentStatus in sharedViewModel and announce RegisterFinishedFragment to screen readers when it is resumed.
Changing the fragment status is necessary to display content in help section that is adapted to RegisterFinishedFragment. Announcing RegisterFinishedFragment when it is resumed increases the accessibility of the application.
